Got my Samsung X05 back today, working just fine and dandy!! ) I’m thrilled to bits. I didn’t realise how much I’d missed it until I had it in front of me.

If you recall, it was couriered to Ireland to be checked out by Arise. They didn’t contact me at all and the details on the Samsung PC www weren’t updated at all, so I didn’t have a clue what was happening. Then Annie at St Saviour’s Centre, Acton, SMSed me on Wednesday morning to say that my laptop had just been delivered there.

I didn’t get the laptop till today when I actually went to Acton. There it was in front of me; I hyperventilated and ripped the packaging off (well not exactly, but I felt like doing it!). The documentation said that they’d found a fault with the motherboard and replaced it, free of charge. Whoo! So saved me some money! Loaded it up, and everything worked lovely. I’m so happy!
