Rachel’s graduation

Tuesday, July 18th, 2006

My missus-to-be had her graduation ceremony from Cardiff University last week – she graduated with a BA honours degree in History. Bless her, I’ve seen how hard she’s worked the last three years, so it’s nice to see her get some credit for all her work. Now that she has had her results, Rachel has a place on the MSc in Deaf Studies in Bristol University, and will be starting there in October.

CONGRATULATIONS, BABES!

Here are a few pictures from the day.

LPC

Well, well, it’s October already! You can tell Christmas will be here soon because all the shops have got Christmas merchandis for sale already! Man, it’s so annoying – it’s commercialisim at its worst. Anyway, enough of the moaning! You’ll be pleased to know that having now been at Cardiff University for a month, I’m loving it! The LPC (Legal Practice Course, for those of you not in the know) is going swimmingly. The tutors are all brilliant, and I’ve had tremendous support from all the support workers. I’ve made some new friends as well, which is great. So, all in all, things are FAB! By the way, it’s Rachel and I’s 6-month anniversary on the 23rd October – time certainly has flown by! Oh by the way, Rach’s got her own website now at www.rachel-johnson.co.uk (designed by yours truly!). Go and check it out! ‘Till next time!

I am pleased to tell the world that I am now no longer single!! Rachel Charlotte Johnson of Pentwynmawr and I are now officially a couple after being best friends for nearly 4 years. We’re thrilled to bits, and are completely in luuurrve!! :-) You can see a picture of us together here.

On to more mundane matters, the Easter holidays have been and gone and exams are looming. Nothing much else to say – the next 2 months are too depressing to talk about! Thank gawd for Rach! Hehe!
